A vecihle recall occurs when Mazda Europe determines that one of our models has a safety-related defect or does not comply with a federal safety standard. You can find out if your vehicle is affected by a recall, the only thing you need is your VIN.

 

WHAT IS RECALL?

When a product issue related to safety, regulations, or emissions is identified by Mazda, a recall will be officially announced by the company. Customers  will be notified of the recall by first class mail as soon as possible so they can arrange for the inspection or repair by a Mazda authorized repairer to be carried out free of charge.
 
 

WHAT IS SSP (SPE­CI­AL SER­VICE PRO­GRAM)?

When a product issue related to high customer satisfaction is identified by Mazda, an SSP will be announced by the company. Customers will also be notified at earliest opportunity so they can arrange for the inspection or repair by a Mazda authorized repairer to be carried out free of charge.
